For daily production of 1-15 tons, the equipment can be operated intermittently and can be produced at any time. For daily production of 500 tons or more, the equipment is continuously produced and has a high degree of automation. Ring leaching equipment is mainly designed for large-scale oil leaching processing plants. The leaching machine has a large size and generally uses on-site manufacturing methods.

Physical refining, chemical refining, which has higher input and output, which is more recommended?
The main difference between chemical refining and physical refining is the deacidification of the entire refining process.
Chemical refining is the use of NaOH to neutralize the acidic substances in the process of a neutralization and produce byproduct soap feet; Physical refining is the way of using high temperature distillation according to the boiling point of the rancidity oil evaporation processing methods, distillation by-product fatty acids . In the same feedstock condition, the chemical deacidification loss is 0.5-1 times higher than that of the physical refining, the chemical deacidification loss is proportional to the acid value (1.5-2: 1), the physical deacidification loss and the acid value are proportional (1 : 1) .
There are two main differences between chemical refining and physical refining.
1. Chemical refining, In the deacidification section, need to add sodium hydroxide, and the yield loss is high, while the physical refining process does not add chemical raw materials, and the yield loss is low!
2. By-products are different
physical refining is fatty acid, which has high value, can be sold to chemical plants.If do further refined, get automotive lubricants, etc. Chemical refining by product is a saponin, low value, can be used as washing powder, soap.
Oil refining section is to remove the impurities in the crude oil and improve oil quality. In general, sunflower oil refinery plant devides to 3 types: batch oil refinery plant, semi-continuous oil refinery plant, continuous oil refinery plant. These 3 oil refinery plants are used for different capacity. But the processes in each oil refinery plant are almost the same.
1>Degumming：To remove the gum impurities, and prepare for the subsequent refining processes.
2>Deacidfying：To remove the free fatty acid in the crude oil.
3>Decoloring: To remove the pigment in the crude oil by adding active clay, so that can improve the oil quality.
4>Deodorizing：To remove the odor in the oil, so that can improve the flavor, stability, color and quality of the oil.
5>Dewaxing: To renmove the wax in the oil and improve the quality of the oil.
Oil refining is a step-by-step process. Oil refining removes phospholipids, pigments, odors, free fatty acids and other impurities from crude oil. The entire refining process includes dephosphorization, degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization, and sometimes winterization. (Mainly removing free fatty acid and other minor constituents)
Main equipment of sunflower oil refining production line
1. Decoloring tank: bleach pigments from oil. 2. Deodorizing tank: remove the un-favored smell from decolorized oil. 3. Oil furnace: provide enough heat for the refining sections which need high temperature of 280°C. 4. Vacuum pump: provide high pressure for bleaching, deodorization which can reach 755mmHg or more. 5. Air compressor: dry the bleached clay after bleaching. 6. Filter press: filter the clay into the bleached oil. 7. Steam generator: generate steam distillation.

Part 2: Process description:
1, Raw material transfer and elevating. Fully automatic and effective,save lobor.

5, Pressing oil. Low temperature pressing to ensure the nutritional ingredients are not damaged,oil color is light.
6,Filtration. Remove the impurities and coarse fibers in crude oil.
Part 3: Equipment description:
Destoner: This kind of cleaning machine aims at removing stones in the oil seeds,in order to improve the oil quality and protect the cleaning machine and other pressing machine.
Cleaning sieve: It uses magnetic separation,cleaning sieve and de-stonner to remove inorganic impurities, organic impurities and oil impurities in sunflower seed material.
Magnetic separator:It is used for clearing the iron impurity in the oil seeds which will are harmful to the machine.
Flaking roller: Mechanical crush soybean into small particles.Roller crusher is adopted to crush soybean for convenience of soybean flaking process.
Softening and conditioning pot: It can regulate moisture and temperature of sunflower seed until soften,which can increase material ductility.Sunflower seed is low oil content oilseed with hard structure, thus powder control is important for further sunflower seed oil extraction.
Pressing: Pressing capacity is 400-500KG/H,5T/D,oil residue rate in cake is about 7%.
Vibration filter:Automatic discharge residue cake;Use stainless steel screen mesh, avoids replacing filter cloth or filter paper, reduce costs, increase production efficiency, and achieve continuous production.
Automatic oil press machine is suitable for rapeseed, peanut, soybean, sunflower seed, rapeseed, sesame seed, tea seed, walnut, olive,flaxseed, corn germ, rice bran, safflower seed, and so on. Automatic screw oil press is mainly composed of electric control, automatic heating, adjustment, transmission and vacuum oil filter components.
Principle and Structure of Screw Oil Press Machine:
Automatic screw sunflower oil press machine is to separate the oil from oil bearing materials by the pressing power which comes from the change of chamber volume, drive from screw worm, resistance of curve teeth at press rings and extrusion friction between oil materials. Under the big pressure created in press chamber, the oil can be discharged from gap of press bars and oil trough of press rings. Either big scale and small scale of oil press machine, they have similar theories in screw expeller pressing. Because the screw type oil press machine is mainly used by extrusion method, so it is also called as oil extruder or oil extrusion process.

— Widely-used:it can be used to completely press more than 20 kinds of oil crops,such as peanuts,sesame,vegetable seeds,soybean,oil sunflower and flax by three stages pressing,low oil residual oil rate.
— Pure oil quality:the vacuum oil filtering is used to remove residue so as to ensure the pure oil quality and meet the standard of health quarantine.
Raw materials after grinding machine into pellet state,enters into the preheated pot, the purpose of preheating is to heat and mix raw material uses heat conduction oil to achieve a mixed liquid-solid state and suitable mechanical pump conveying,to reduce the resistance of the mechanical pump delivery,to reach the Pipeline transport process requirements. On the other hand, the preheater acts as a material balance for the entire production line.
2, Negative pressure melting and refining process:
The preheated pot preheated raw material into a solid-liquid mixed state,and into the melting pot, open the vacuum pump makes the cooker pot with negative pressure, heat conducting oil starts melting. Due to the smelting under negative vacuum circumstance, so raw material starts vacuum dehydration when the melting temperature reaches to 85 degrees, the degree of vacuum maintained at -0.03–0.06Mpa with the volatilization of the steam. Under vacuum circumstance, the animal oil enters the negative pressure autoclave can quickly realize the separation of oil, water and slag. After the material temperature rises to 115 degrees, the basic reaction of the material is completed. Observed by the sight grass,if the oil has yellow frothing,then open the lower feeding outlet to observe the oil residue dryness and humidity,close the heating valve and vacuum unit after the oil residue becomes hard, open oil residue Separators, conveyors,begins discharging and the oil miscellaneous separation. The melting time differs according to different raw materials,generally about 1-2 hours.
3, Vacuum dehydration recovery process:
Adopting water jet type vacuum jet pump to make negative pressure state in melting pot, vacuum tube supporting stainless steel tube condensation heat exchanger, vacuum condensation recovery system, evaporation of water vapor in raw materials, molecular mixture of odor molecules, volatiles under vacuum state from The raw material grease is separated and flows into the tube condenser catcher along with the vacuum pipeline, forcedly condenses the evaporated volatile vapors into distilled water to collect in the liquid separation tank under the effect of the cold water circulation heat exchange cooling, thus effectively ensuring the production of the vehicle Factory odorless.
4, Oil residue separation process:
The process adopts a stainless steel sieve type oil residue separator separate crude oil residue from the extract oil residue mixture, and the oil residue with the size larger than 0.5mm is sent to the pressing part through a scraper conveying device, the fine oil residue and the crude oil mixture are pumped into the filter machine process fine filtration.Filter precision mesh uses 316 stainless steel,extract oil and residue separate to a clear and transparent state. After the separation,the residue is sent to the meat powder production line, crude oil is delivered to the finished product tank / refining production line.
Part 2: Negative pressure melting and refining equipment characteristics:
2, melting and refining under negative pressure has fast speed (1.5-2h / pot 2.5T), effective and high efficiency;
3, the production area has no smell, do not pollute the environment, corresponding to national environmental protection policies;
4, from the feeding to the oil, slag discharging, the material does not fall, all sealed and closed operation;
5, refined oil has good color, rich flavor, peroxide value, acid value, water impurity is relatively low; (many customers think refining under negative pressure will the oil flavor.
